If you have been on planet earth in the last month, you have no doubt been exposed to the pumpkin spice madness taking over mostly everything. If you have some type of business, it seems like a no-brainer to take part in the pumpkin spice life, but should you really be?

We compiled some yummy (and not so yummy) products from around the web and weighed in on what we will be trying (and avoiding) this pumpkin season. I asked my coworkers at LSEO (and our friends at Special Guest App) to see if they would even consider buying these pumpkin products!

 1. Pumpkin Spice Oreos

Katrina: “I will try any Oreo, to be honest. It doesn’t matter what the flavor.”

Mike: “How could you say no to Oreo?”

2.  Pumpkin Spice Bait

Chad: “Come on, man. What kind of fish just walks into a Starbucks asking for some PSL? Ridiculous.”

Brianna: “Oh yeah, so the fish could be basic girls.”

Kris:  “I think this is genius. As a fisherman, I can say that they are probably referring to the color rather than the flavor. Still great marketing!”

3.  Punkin Ale

James: “I love this beer. Out of all the pumpkin beers I have tried, this is the best.”

Mike: “This is one of my favorite beers hands down. I cannot get enough of it!”

4.  Burt’s Bees: Pumpkin Spice

Jackie: “I love Burts! Where can I get that right now?!”

Caitlin: “I really don’t know anything pumpkin, other than pie, but I would totally try this!”

5. Pumpkin & Butternut Squash Pasta Sauce

James: “Ew, that does not sound good at all. Not really sure why that even exists. Gross”

Kaitlin: “I bought this last weekend and have yet to try it. I am kinda holding off because I am scared. It seems like it will be awesome because it is ‘pumpkin’ and not ‘pumpkin spice.'”

6. Pumpkin Pie Spice Pringles

Katrina: “I have tried these before and they were honestly the worst. It was like sprinkling a baked potato with pumpkin spice.”

Chad:  “This has honestly gotten out of hand. Is nothing safe anymore? Leave Pringles ALONE!”

7. Pumpkin Spice Greenies

Katrina:  “This is way to kitschy for me, although if my dogs sniffed them out in a store, I would have to buy them. I would have little say in the matter.”

Kaitlin: “I would buy these in a heartbeat. I have been honestly waiting for a way to share pumpkin spice with my dog.”

8. Pumpkin Spice Cough Drops

Intern Brian: “I really think the whole pumpkin spice thing is over-rated, but I would probably try these. They sound way better than the regular cherry cough drops.”

9. Pumpkin Pie Protein Powder

Robyn: “That could be amazing. You could easily turn this into a pumpkin pie milkshake. I would totally try this out!”

10. Pumpkin Spice Milano Cookies

Mark: “These sound amazing honestly. It’s a great combination.”

Brianna: “I mean, maybe they would be good but the original is best. I feel like it might ruin it.”

Edit: After this post was originally written, Katrina and I went to an Aldi’s store and picked up this sweet pumpkin spice soap for the ladies room. We are kind of obsessed with it. It has a mild, refreshing pumpkin scent.  For 75¢ there is no way you should pass this up! (NO, Aldi didn’t pay us to say that.)
