Associate Art Director at King’s College

Josh Ulanoski was born and raised in NEPA, and is currently employed as the Associate Art Director in the King’s College Office of Marketing and Communications in Wilkes-Barre. He also volunteers as the assistant advisor to The Scop the King’s College Literary and Fine Arts magazine. Photography has been his hobby (and sometimes, his job) for almost 15 years, growing his skill set quite a bit in that time. He generally shoots nature scenes, showcasing the best that mother nature has to offer, but also loves shooting portraits and wildlife. He enjoys traveling as well, particularly to national parks, and shooting different landscapes across the country.  Josh previously worked as a photography stringer for the Hazleton Standard~Speaker, and has worked and volunteered on the side, creating logos and marketing materials for several local businesses and organizations. Christa Vinciguerra is the digital marketing manager at Marywood University where she develops and maintains the university’s marketing campaigns and brand image for internet and digital technologies, while also lecturing as an adjunct professor. Prior to her current roles, she worked as a scholarship graduate assistant in the Marywood Marketing Department while attaining her MFA in design and illustration. She is a multi-disciplined designer with additional degrees in advertising, graphic, and web design. Building brands is a passion for Christa and after working with many companies over the years, is thrilled to serve her alma mater, Marywood University. In addition to her roles at Marywood, she manages: a boutique creative agency, VinciguerraCreative, that serves clients with a focus on branding strategy; a clothing line, VictoryChick, and further pursuing pattern and lettering licensing projects via ChristaVinciguerra.com. She is a Democratic committeewoman in the 3rd Ward in Moosic, PA. A member of the Type Directors Club; AAF Northeast Pennsylvania; and Wilkes-Barre POWER! She has served as the president and of the AAF Northeastern Pennsylvania Chapter; as an ADDY judge for several years; vice-president of the AAF NEPA Chapter; web and social media director of AAF NEPA Chapter; and awards co-chair for the AAF NEPA Chapter. She has received first place membership development for the AAF Club Achievement, Division IV; 2nd place Annual PSAB Municipal Website Contest at MoosicBorough.com; Judge’s Choice ADDY; Paint a Peach Contest; and Silver ADDY awards for numerous projects.

Mandy Pennington is a writer, marketer, and teacher with a passion for storytelling. She is the Director of Digital Marketing at Wilkes University and is actively involved with organizations that enrich our region, including the NEPA Tech Meetup and the Scranton Fringe Festival. With more than a decade of experience in digital marketing and search engine optimization (SEO), Mandy has worked with small businesses, global brands, non-profits, startups, and Internet Retailer 500 e-commerce clients to achieve strategic marketing goals. Mandy is also an award-winning regional actress and playwright and enjoys public speaking at conferences and other events. She is a guest lecturer at Marywood University in the Multimedia Communication Department teaching a variety of courses ranging from Media Planning & Buying to Writing for Social Media. She co-founded NEPA BlogCon, Northeastern Pennsylvania’s first blogging, and social media conference, and Squirrel Girls Tech Camp, a STEM initiative for girls in grades 4-6. She is a member of the American Marketing Association (AMA) and College & University Public Relations and Associated Professionals (CUPRAP).
