Chad has over 15 years experience in Sales, Marketing, and Advertising with degrees in Audio Engineering and Advertising. Chad’s main focus and passion for 8+ years has been Branding and Online Marketing. His broad range of capabilities brings diversity to our team with skill-sets in Audio Production, Video Production, Graphic Design, SEO, PPC and Social Media. Chad has consulted hundreds of businesses in nearly every market vertical and is focused on a positive customer impact for his clients.
When Chad isn’t obsessing over new market trends he is most likely writing and recording music. A Multi-Instrumentalist since the age of 6 years old, he attributes his creativity and out-of-the-box thinking to his life long dedication of exploring musical boundaries. Paul Rinaldi – Head of Paid Media
LSEO’s Head of Paid Media, Paul Rinaldi, is a young entrepreneur who founded three companies by the age of 26 – one that received funding from 500 Startups, a leading global venture capital seed fund and startup accelerator located in Silicon Valley.
Paul begin working in internet marketing in 2008 with a passion for paid media. Paul is Google AdWords Certified, and has won worldwide Google AdWords competitions, making him an expert in Google Advertising.
He has generated tens of thousands of leads for clients through online marketing channels like Facebook and Google. Throughout his work in internet marketing, Paul has worked for C-Level execs at Whole Foods, AT&T, and Pepperidge Farm.
Pat Mineo – Head of Responsive Design
Pat, LSEO’s Head of Responsive Design, has done web design and branding for businesses both small and large from all over the country, as well as several non-profit organizations.
Young and passionate about the latest in design trends, Pat had attended the University of Scranton and Marywood University, earning a degree in graphic design.
Pat has worked in both print and web-based design mediums.
He has taken Silver in the 2015 American Advertising Awards. Pat has a passion for sports, music, long walks on the beach, and great food.
Katrina Toporcer – Head of SEO & Content
Katrina is a member of the SEO team and the exemplar of our internship program. Katrina graduated with a BA in Psychology and BS in Biology. Katrina’s copywriting & editing experience lends itself to high level content creation, content optimization, and topic discovery. In addition, Katrina’s scientific analytical process makes her a natural talent when it comes to on site SEO audits, backlink analysis, competitive analysis, research, and keyword strategy creation.
Kaitlin Adams – Social Media Manager
Kaitlin is an enthusiastic member of the LSEO team, serving as Social Media Manager. She has five years of digital marketing experience, with expertise in social media, branding and SEO. While studying Broadcasting and Advertising at King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, Pa., she earned Associated Press and American Advertising Federation awards for her student radio and advertising efforts.
When she isn’t reading the latest social media publications or scrolling through her feed for the millionth time, she enjoys watching the Star Wars saga and spending time with her rescue dog Harley Quinn.
James Neff – Content Writer
James graduated with a Communications BA from Keystone College, specializing in Journalism. He is skilled in multiple writing disciplines, such as AP writing style, technical writing, creative writing, and has experience in APA research. He has conducted freelance and ghost writing for SEO firms for over a year now and keeps up on all of the latest SEM trends and news.
Being a well rounded writer provides an excellent advantage to the content marketing field. James is a lifetime member of the forensics fraternity Pi Kappa Delta and his minor in Digital Media comes with experience in video production and audiology.
James’s passion for reading extends to classical literature, poetry, political theory and he’s always up-to-date on current events. He was an active member in his school’s newspaper and radio club. Mark Dymond- Paid Media Specialist
Mark Dymond has a degree in Business Marketing / Management from The Pennsylvania State University and graduated top in his class. Originally a part of the internship program, Mark was brought on board to expand the Paid Media department. He’s extremely active in finding the best information and tactics on PPC campaigns and has extensive experience with online marketing channels like Facebook, Google, Bing, etc. Throughout his career, Mark has done digital marketing work for several entities, such as The Pennsylvania State University.
Micheal Flaherty – SEM/SEO Specialist
Michael has a degree in Marketing from the Smeal College of Business at The Pennsylvania State University. Coming from the Food & Transportation Industry, Michael broke into the Internet Marketing Field in 2015. With experience in both Search Engine Optimization and Paid Search, Michael has a broad understanding of all things search related and is passionate for driving results for clients.
