Ron Lieback – Head of Content/Client Services
With degrees in Literature and Journalism, Ron is a classically trained writer. But after spending five years as a reporter at a local newspaper, he noticed the quick shift towards everything digital. This led to work as a freelance writer for a few online publications across many industries, including his favorite, the motorcycle industry. Ron then was hired as head of content for the marketing division at the former Pets United LLC, then a Fortune 200 company.
While working there, the freelance writing continued, and after denying many opportunities to move out west and join some major motorcycle publications, Lieback was hired full-time as Online Editor for Ultimate MotorCycling, an exclusive motorcycle magazine that derives from Robb Report fame. This allowed him to remain on the East Coast – the most challenging place to work within the motorcycle industry – and build the online portion of the business at ultimatemotorcycling.com, where he remains Online Director/Editor. Part of the challenge of building the online business was learning SEO and managing a team of writers/developers. Always a self-motivator, Lieback learned SEO and business from reading book upon book – including Kris Jones’ “Search-Engine Optimization: Your Visual Blueprint to Effective Internet Marketing” – and all the reputable online SEO websites.

Eric Munley – SEO Director
With nearly a decade of experience across all facets of digital marketing – from paid marketing to search engine optimization – Eric Munley joined the LSEO team as Director of SEO.
A graduate of King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, Pa., Munley began his career in digital marketing as an SEO Specialists at Pepperjam in 2007 before joining TABcom, LLC, in 2011. While at TABcom, Munley progressed from SEO Specialist to Marketing Manager to Search Marketing Manager.
Certified in Google AdWords, Google Analytics and BingAds, Munley is also a certified Citizenship Studies teacher in Pennsylvania.
When he’s not delivering for clients at LSEO, Munley, a father of one son Quinn with another one on the way, has a wide range of interests, including soccer, racquetball, golf, bowling, drawing, home brewing, country music, American history, the Atlanta Braves, the Atlanta Falcons, and the Notre Dame Fighting Irish.
Paul Rinaldi – Head of Paid Media
LSEO’s Head of Paid Media, Paul Rinaldi, is a young entrepreneur who founded three companies by the age of 26 – one that received funding from 500 Startups, a leading global venture capital seed fund and startup accelerator located in Silicon Valley.
Paul begin working in internet marketing in 2008 with a passion for paid media. Paul is Google AdWords Certified, and has won worldwide Google AdWords competitions, making him an expert in Google Advertising.
He has generated tens of thousands of leads for clients through online marketing channels like Facebook and Google. Throughout his work in internet marketing, Paul has worked for C-Level execs at Whole Foods, AT&T, and Pepperidge Farm.
Michael Gitkos – Senior SEO Analyst
Michael Gitkos has a degree in Business Marketing / Management from The Pennsylvania State University. He has been studying Search Engine Optimization since 2010, and it has grown into an enormous passion of his. He’s very active in reading all of the most popular Search Engine blogs and isn’t shy in attempting new tactics to stay ahead of the competition.
Michael was brought onboard at LSEO to help identify new opportunities to improve client SEO and make sure all avenues are accounted for. He is very analytical in his tactics, and is a firm believer in doing the work necessary to future-proof his efforts. There are no short cuts in SEO. Michael believes in doing things the right way from the beginning and avoiding conflicts in the future.
Pat Mineo – Head of Responsive Design
Pat, LSEO’s Head of Responsive Design, has done web design and branding for businesses both small and large from all over the country, as well as several non-profit organizations.
Young and passionate about the latest in design trends, Pat had attended the University of Scranton and Marywood University, earning a degree in graphic design.
Pat has worked in both print and web-based design mediums.
He has taken Silver in the 2015 American Advertising Awards. Pat has a passion for sports, music, long walks on the beach, and great food.
Katrina Toporcer – SEO Specialist
Katrina is the newest member of the LSEO team and the exemplar of our internship program. Katrina graduated with a BA in Psychology and BS in Biology. Katrina’s scientific analytical process makes her a natural talent when it comes to on site SEO audits, backlink analysis, competitive analysis, and keyword research. In addition, Katrina’s copywriting experience lends itself to high level content creation, content optimization, and topic discovery.
Kaitlin Adams – Business Development Specialist
Kaitlin Adams is newest member of the LSEO team, serving as Business Development Specialist. She has five years of digital marketing experience, with expertise in social media and SEO. While studying Broadcasting and Advertising at King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, Pa., she earned Associated Press and ADDY awards for her student radio and advertising efforts.
Kaitlin specializes in client relations and enjoys problem solving in any capacity. When she isn’t dedicating her time to digital marketing, she enjoys watching the Star Wars saga and spending time with her rescue dog Harley Quinn.
