Director of Operations
Steve Blackburn is the Client Services Manager at LSEO, bringing with him years of digital marketing and technical support developed across a variety of sectors. Steve heads our Client Services and is especially committed to ensuring a successful outcome for every client he works with and every team member he supports. His purpose is to assist others in achieving success by being the critical strategic liaison between the client and the account strategists.
Steve joined LSEO in 2019, bringing with him many years of digital marketing and technical expertise developed across a variety of sectors. The attention to detail, excellent rapport-building skills, and the accountability he brings to each client engagement is contagious.
Outside of work, Steve can often be found watching or attending his favorite sporting events, traveling the country to see his favorite band, or collecting beer from around the world.
Head of SEO
Kyle has obtained a Business degree with a focus in Marketing and Management from Penn State University. While interning during his time at Penn State, Kyle gained a passion for SEO and Digital Marketing and has been in the industry ever since. His primary focus has been on managing both large and small clients in the e-commerce space, which has given him the knowledge and experience to become an organic search expert. Kyle has a drive to develop strong client relationships and deliver top notch results. He does this by staying on top of industry trends and holding many digital marketing certifications. Kyle also comes with a strong technical SEO background that he can help clients deploy.
In his free time, Kyle enjoys working out with a focus on Powerlifting and Crossfit, where he competes locally and at the regional level. When he is not doing SEO or in the gym, he is doing his favorite thing in the world, playing with his Australian Shepherd, Blake.
Head of Paid Media
Mark Dymond has a degree in Business Marketing / Management from Pennsylvania State University and graduated top in his class. Originally a part of the internship program, Mark was brought on board to expand the Paid Media department. He’s extremely active in finding the best information and tactics on PPC campaigns and has extensive experience with online marketing channels like Facebook, Google, Bing, etc. Throughout his career, Mark has done digital marketing work for several entities, such as The Pennsylvania State University.
Head of Web Design & Development
Brian is head of website design and development at LSEO. He graduated from the Pennsylvania College of Technology in 2009 with a bachelor’s degree in graphic design. Brian is a self-taught front-end web developer and has had a passion for the web since he was a teenager. With over 10 years of professional experience, Brian is always looking to expand his coding skills and stay up to date on the latest trends in design and website development.
In his free time, Brian enjoys teaching himself piano and guitar and has been involved with several bands over the years. During the summer, Brian enjoys cycling, hiking, and disc golfing.
Allison graduated from King’s College with a B.A. in Mass Communications, with a focus on graphic design. In college, she was involved in many media publications on campus, working with several organizations and non-profits in the area. Before starting full time at LSEO as a Web Designer, she spent a semester of her senior year as an intern with the company, learning how to integrate her design experience into a marketing agency.
When out of the office, Allison enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends, and can usually be found with a cup of coffee in hand.
Senior SEO Specialist
Darcy joined LSEO in March 2019 as an SEO Specialist. With the original intent of pursuing a career in graphic design, she developed a passion for online marketing while taking on her first SEO role at Web.com in 2015. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Design & Media Art with a minor in Marketing from Wilkes University.
When she’s not at work, Darcy can be found at the cinema or theater, discovering NEPA’s restaurants and breweries, or taking a day trip to New York City. She also spends her time doing freelance design, birdwatching, and relaxing with her dog, Mandy.
Eric Adamczyk graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Marketing & Management from Penn State. During his four years at Penn State, Eric was a member of the school’s Blue & White Society, networking with alumni and participating in community events.
Before gaining full-time status at LSEO, Eric spent a semester interning with the company and worked with the SEO team to expand his knowledge of digital marketing. Eric likes to keep himself up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and further his knowledge of what’s changing in the industry.
In his free time, Eric is an avid sports fan who enjoys watching just about any game, including baseball, football, hockey and basketball. When he’s not watching his favorite teams play, he can be found on a golf course or coaching his youth travel baseball team.
Nina holds an Associate in Applied Science in Commercial Art with a focus in Advertising Design, and an Associate in Applied Science in Computer Graphics with an emphasis in New Media from Luzerne County Community College. Since graduating, she has worked in graphic design, PPC, and SEO. Nina developed a passion for digital marketing throughout her career and continually strives to learn and grow within the industry. As an SEO Analyst at LSEO, she not only applies her knowledge and expertise to clients’ organic search campaigns, but she also utilizes her strong writing skills to assist the content team. Since 2010, Nina has been involved with Gravestone Manor, a theatrical haunted house in Wilkes-Barre. She is currently the Director of Non-Speaking Actors and also assists in scriptwriting, graphic design, social media, and general management for the organization. Gravestone Manor is staffed entirely by volunteers, and all proceeds go directly to the United Way of Wyoming Valley. In her spare time, Nina enjoys spending time with friends, family, and her two cats, Ripley and Rinzler.
Landis graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Marketing & Management. During her time at Penn State she took on many internships and other learning opportunities in sales, management, and digital marketing in order to grow her skill set and gain some real world experience outside of the classroom.
Landis began her career with LSEO in 2018 where she spent a semester as an intern with the company working alongside the SEO and content teams. Although she enjoyed all aspects of her internship she took a particular interest in digital marketing and wanted to learn as much as possible. After her time as an intern her interest only continued to grow eventually putting her back at LSEO with a full-time position on the SEO team.
Outside of the office Landis loves to spend time with her family, friends, and dogs Arya and Mila. Landis spends a lot of her time traveling, hiking, and snowboarding and likes to spend as much time outdoors as possible. She is also a self proclaimed food critic and can be found at a new or favorite restaurant every weekend.
SEO Specialist / Content Marketing Specialist
Michael graduated from King’s College with a degree in professional writing. He worked in educational publishing and digital marketing before joining LSEO as an SEO Associate/Content Expert. Michael enjoys using his advanced writing skills to add value to clients’ overall SEO experiences at LSEO, and he is always hungry to learn more about the intersection of content writing and SEO.
When not at work, Michael enjoys collecting and listening to old music, learning the guitar, reading history, and obsessing over NBA games, trades, news, and rumors.
Paid Media Specialist
Jack holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and a Master of Arts in Media Management from Marywood University. His career in marketing began with internships at local publications and advertising agencies.
His previous roles include working at a private community as the Direct of Marketing and Media as well as various advertising agencies as a Pay-Per-Click Account Manager. He joins the LSEO team as a Paid Media Specialist.
In his free time, he volunteers with several non-profits which benefits various causes such as the local Boys and Girls Club. He also completes service projects throughout the year.
Paid Media Specialist
Brian is a Penn State alumnus where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Management. While attending PSU, Brian acquired valuable experience in leadership and team growth from his over 5 years of head coaching high school volleyball. Starting his digital marketing career as an Intern at LSEO, Brian would be brought on to expand and help grow the Paid Media team. Specializing in search and social platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, etc.., Brian provides expert insights and strategies for businesses to run successful digital marketing campaigns.
SEO Associate / Content Marketing Specialist
Jade graduated from Susquehanna University with a B.A. in Creative Writing. While in college, Jade was involved in several small press publications reviewing literature, art, and photography submissions. While she has a lifelong love of writing and reading fiction, she is always looking for opportunities to expand her writing skills and try different genres. Never without a book, Jade aspires to one day publish a novel of her own one day.
Jade is a self-proclaimed expert on the royal family and romantic comedies. She also checks her horoscope daily in hopes that it will give her some guidance.
Hector De Los Santos
Hector E. De Los Santos Maria
Hector is originally from the Dominican Republic. He studied Graphic Design at a private university called APEC, before relocating to Pittsburgh to study Game Art & Design at The Art Institute of Pittsburgh. After his time in Pittsburgh, Hector moved to NEPA and graduated from Luzerne County Community College in 2011 with a degree in Commercial Art and a concentration in Painting and Illustration.
Hector has taught himself HTML and CSS through several online sources, and in the past few year has become interested in digital marketing, specifically e-commerce and SEO.
Hector is interested technology and has a background in network administration and computer repair. He is also proficient in Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Premiere Pro and Pro Tools. In his spare time, Hector enjoys drawing and playing guitar.
